His leadership skills were evident as he guided his BCSPL team to a provincial championship. Coach Jason approaches coaching with a positive mindset, and is constantly seeking new knowledge and refining his techniques. He carries a genuine love for soccer, providing a nurturing and supportive environment for his players, while building their development and instilling in them the same love for soccer that has enriched his life.
